The Clubs at Ole Brook – Policies & Guidelines
Court Reservations:
• Tennis members should use the YourCourts.com court reservation system to secure their playing times. Contact Terrie, David, or the business office to receive an email invitation to the reservation system.
• Please cancel any unused reservations to allow other members to play.
Guest Policy:
• Tennis, Pickleball + Pool members may bring a guest once per month for a $20 fee.
• Guests must always play with a member.
USTA League Guidelines:
• Players on Brookhill or Ole Brook Club tennis teams must be members to play on Clubs’ courts.
• Nonmembers who wish to play on a Clubs’ team must pay $150 per season to the captain or directly to the Clubs, to be paid before the first match. Checks can be made out to The Clubs at Ole Brook.
• USTA teams based out of the City Courts must play their home matches at the City Courts.
• Teams may not schedule all matches as away matches. Generally, teams should play a balance of home and away matches.
Playground & Facility Use:
• Children must play only on the designated playground equipment
• Playing in landscaped areas is not allowed.
• Children are not permitted in empty tennis courts unless actively playing tennis. No rollerblades, skates, scooters, bikes, etc. on tennis courts at any time.
• Appropriate attire required when using Clubs facilities. Shirts, shoes, etc. required when on tennis courts.
• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at the courts, pools, and playground.
• Pool rules are posted at the facilities. Please be respectful of other members and guests using facilities.
